•An Exclusive buyout of the Bilston Creek Estate and Farm
•A One hour ceremony rehearsal the day before the wedding
(20 people maximum and your wedding planner must be present)
•Private access to Bilston on your wedding day from 10:00am-1:00am
**includes access to the atrium, the barn, patios, lavender fields, heritage apple orchard, and creek trails connecting to public walking paths to Sitting Lady Falls, Witty’s Lagoon and Witty’s Beach
•One night accommodation at The Atrium at the Farmhouse
•Indoor or outdoor ceremony location for up to 150 guests
•Indoor or outdoor dinner reception location for up to 150 guests
•Use of The Forest Bar for an evening of after-dinner dancing until 1:00am
•The Orchard Pub as an additional service area for drinks until 11:00pm
**includes 3 fridges for drink/food storage as needed.

Welcome Dinner
•Enjoy the opportunity to host a Welcome Dinner with your family and friends the night before the wedding
(Up to 40ppl until 9pm - caterer, bartender, and your wedding planner are required - $1500 plus tax)
The Bilston Wedding Weekend Experience
•The entire Wedding Day Experience as outlined above plus the exclusive use of our private Emperor Bell Tents and a 2 night stay in The Atrium
Our 10 private canvas bell tents offer a closer connection with nature, with the luxuries of a hotel. Each tent is available with two twin beds or one king-sized bed, accommodating up to 20 guests total. Amenities include comfortable beds and linens, Bilston Botanical Mist for your guests to take home, lights and outlets, hanging space, towels, and full-length mirrors.
A two night stay in our Emperor Bell Tents offers an unparalleled experience for wedding guests. Arrive on Friday, and savour precious moments with friends and family during the wedding rehearsal, and wake up amidst nature’s beauty, allowing guests to recharge and unwind before diving into the excitement of a busy wedding day, ensuring a truly enjoyable celebration and a lifetime of memories.

Planning and Execution
We understand the planning and logistics that come with a wedding. That’s why it is Required that all wedding clients hire a professional wedding planner. We are more than happy to make recommendations if needed. Your wedding planner must be onsite from the start of set up to the completion of take down (Friday - Sunday), including ceremony rehearsal / walk through, deliveries and pickups, as well as any other events (welcome cocktails, rehearsal dinner etc.)
The Day Before the Wedding
•Access to the property for set up will be allowed for the wedding planner and hired vendors. There is no guest access to the property allowed except for those who are attending the ceremony rehearsal or guests joining for the rehearsal dinner
The Day Of the Wedding
•Access to the property starts at 10:00am and all guests must leave the property by 1:30am. Last call is at 12:30am with music ending at 1:00am
The Day After the Wedding
•Access to the property for take down will be allowed for the wedding planner and hired vendors between 8am-11am. All take down must be completed by 11:00am
Bilston Creek Estates Wedding Manager will be your exclusive contact for your wedding. They will work one on one with your wedding planner to make sure that every detail is covered so that your day is truly spent in the moment.
Bilston Creek Estate staff will be present throughout the entire duration of your Wedding to maintain cleanliness of the grounds, and perform
regularly scheduled tasks. Precautions will be taken to minimize disruption or interference with your Wedding. Please note, the farmhouse, workshop, greenhouse, and back of house areas are accessible to the staff only.
